A heartfelt thank you to Mr Satya of Indian Heritage and Nature Tours for their great work and experience in providing a tailor- made tour and a first class service for our time in the Himalayan foothills.
My partner and I recently returned from visiting India and where we had a fabulous tour north from New Delhi into the foothills organised by Indian Heritage and Nature Tours.
Our trip took us from our hotel in New Delhi to Kalka, then onto Shimla via the Himalayan Queen Toy Train, to Manali, Dharamshala/McLeod Ganj, Dalhousie then to Amritsar from where we caught a flight
to Kolkata.
In total 12 days/11 nights. We had a fabulous time and for our comfort and seeing the various sites easily, were provided with our own driver, Mr Hari Krishan, who was truly excellent. The planning and arrangements put into our tour were exemplary, and our travel arrangements went extremely smoothly – trains/tickets and transfers, car and driver provision, as well as onward flights/tickets from Amritsar. The hotels at all the various locations exceeded our expectations, and our excursions en route and our sight-seeing days were very well organised. India and the Himalayan foothills were amazing.

We did. They are very competitive. Best in the Indian tour operators. Very pleasant, friendly and very affordable and competitive rates.
We wanted to go to India with our daughter and two grandchildren in the month of August 2022.
We googled and inquired with several travel agents and somehow, we picked Indian Heritage & Nature Tours.
Our instinct said this travel agency might be the one we are looking for and we were right. Mr. Satya is a very nice gentleman, who fulfilled our every single request. He helped us book the local airline tickets including best seat selection. He booked excellent five-star hotels for our stay in each place.
We took a Delhi, Agra and Jaipur triangle trip.
Satya sent an English-speaking driver with a brand-new Toyota Innova a seven-seater that was spic and span. The hotels we stayed were all five-star hotels some of them being ITC with you name it, they have all those facilities. Very clean and hygienic with multi-cuisine restaurants and swimming pools.
He arranged guides to meet us at the points of interest and explain thoroughly in English.
My nine-year-old five-year-old grandkids learned a lot of history about, Delhi, red fort, Agra, Taj Mahal, Jaipur and Amer fort. The guides answered their questions. We had good elephant and camel rides.
This is the best part: When we arrived at Jaipur from Agra, Mr. Satya and his partner Mr. Rathore were waiting for us in the hotel lobby with garlands and bouquet for all five of us. That was a pleasant surprise. After we rested for couple of hours, Mr. Rathod took us for a light and sound show Amer fort from 8 PM to 9 PM. It was a spectacular show.
Second day evening Mr. Satya brought his two kids to give company for my grand kids and took all of us to a place called Chowki Dani. It is like a village fair with Rajasthani village atmosphere. They served us authentic Rajasthani vegetarian food in their traditional dress. It was a full seven course meal. Rajasthani girls performed their traditional dance which resembled a bit of belly dance. There were astrologers and numerologists predicting your future for a nominal fee of less than Rs.50 (less than half a dollar). Overall, it was fun and an experience of its kind.
Next day morning, Mr. Satya bid us farewell at the airport. We left Jaipur. with sweet memories. Here comes the best part. We asked our grandkids whether they would want to go to Disney Park or India next year, unanimously they said India.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I thank Mr. Satya for giving us such an experience.

Mr. Satya Tour Coordinator of Indian Heritage & Nature Tours not only received us at Delhi Airport, he accompanied us together with the driver to Shimla, Manali and Chandigarh. He ensured our Trip was carefully and safety managed because of the difficult terrains. Furthermore, he managed to book us to reasonably good hotels and brought us to places of interests etc. This was our third Trip organized him and we were very pleased with his services and the attention given the details We are certainly engaging our next trip with Indian Heritage & Nature Tours.

Of course it was a lot 30 days in a row – by train, plane and car with driver – but our tour guide and tour organizer had it under control and knew an incredible amount. Nice that he speaks good German and English.

Ein Erlebnis besonderer Art. Es wird uns zeitlebens in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben. Klar es war sehr viel 30 Tage am Stück – mit Bahn, Flugzeug und Personenwagen mit Fahrer – aber unser Reiseleiter und Tour Organisator hatte das im Griff und wusste unglaublich viel. Schön, dass er gut Deutsch und Englisch spricht.

Great Travel Agency ! Indian Heritage & Nature Tours, Mr. Singh planned and accompanied as guide my last trip to Rajasthan. I wished for a tour away from the golden triangle which every tourist does when first time in India because this I’ve done before. We booked Indian Heritage Nature Tours to arrange for our Leisure cum Religious tour of North /South India for 13 days 12 nights. From the start to the final day of the tour it was not only very memorable but a fabulous experience for both off us. The tour agent Mr. Satya is an excellent and outstanding ambassador who put in a lot of effort to ensure that all that was planned and agreed were delivered to its perfection. He even took the effort to join us during our stay at Udaipur. Besides that he was readily responsive whenever we encountered any problems during the tour like when we requested for better rooms at the hotels . We being individuals above 60 years of age , Mr Satya was very concerned about our health and safety. He got the best and reliable person to be our driver and guide This was significant and important as it meant that all our immediate needs and requirements were attended to immediately. This was especially required as we had to visit Temples to perform Religious rites .
We did not encounter any problems throughout the tour which was primarily because of the detail planning and arrangements of Mr Satya He is a pleasant humble and wonderful person

Incredible, is the superlative that best describe the overall arrangement made by the proprietor Mr Satya.
My booking was done, based on two factors:
a) by his excellent itinerary – more than I’ve envisaged.
b) His importance given to his client. as during our conversation he said , “come look at my vehicle and if you’re satisfied, only then you engage my service”. Telling this to a stranger in today social cl mate I sun believable, at least that what I thought.

I wanted to see Rajasthan and more off the main tourist route because this I’ve already had. This wish has been absolutely fulfilled. On this tour I’ve seen more than the classical monuments, I’ve seen how the people live and made new contacts. I really enjoyed talking to people outside of tourism. It is incredible how friendly to strangers they can be.
An extra ordinally treat was our tour guide Mr. Singh who managed to meet every tour members needs. He made space for individualism.
I think I’ll never get tired of India and its contrasts. I’m eager to go again, next time a bit more individually. Sure enough Indian Heritage Nature Tours should make this possible too.

For some time we wanted to go to Rajasthan and see historical places. We contacted the tourist board and they recommended number of travel companies. That is how we chose Indian Heritage Nature Tours Ltd after contacting number of travel agents.
We booked fourteen days package, all inclusive. This was our first package holiday in India. Naturally we were apprehensive how it well turn out. However, soon after our arrival at Jaipur we started feeling at ease when we were welcomed at the airport by the company representative and the director himself. The hotel and the room we were allocated was exactly what was described to us. So good and satisfactory start was made.
We visited all the historical places in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner & Udaipur. All fourteen days we were given services of an excellent driver who knew the areas well. We were provided with knowledgeable local guide wherever we went.
All these things which I have mentioned above are very important elements for a successful holiday. I have absolutely no reservation to declare our holiday was a pleasant & memorable.
We were so impressed and happy with the travel company that we booked another package holiday in October 2019 to visit Golden temple in Amritsar and Dharamshala in Arunachal. It was one week holiday. Once again it was absolutely faultless & we loved it.
By this time we had built trust with the touring company” Indian Heritage Nature Tours Ltd”. We wanted to visit south India last December. Unfortunately, because of the pandemic we had to put the plan on hold.

My first contact with Mr. Satya of Indian Heritage Nature Tours commenced many months before my actual tour date whilst I was still in the planning stage. I wanted a personal package tour for my group which consisted of family members. I had emailed several Tour Companies in India, requesting for quotations and a proposed itinerary for my tour to the Golden Triangle of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.
Mr. Satya was very prompt in responding to my queries and was very flexible with the itinerary proposed by him, as I wanted to include additional sights that was along the route proposed by him. He was very accommodating to my requests. The itinerary was very well planned and proceeded with clockwork precision. Selection of hotels was acceptable, and we were given a very good and careful driver for the entire journey. We were even informed of the type of vehicle that will be accorded to my small group with photographs of the vehicle and links to all the hotels proposed for us for my group to view and decide on.
He even paid our group a courtesy call when we were in Jaipur, and, we even had a wonderful dinner together. My group was very happy with the entire tour and I will not hesitate to engage his services again on my next planned trip to India in the near future.
